Great product + service
From Ryan of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia on .
Shipping was super fast to Australia and the pitch printed on the label was accurate for a 720dpi printer.
I initially had some trouble trying to align the lens - but I later figured out that it was a problem with my printer's driver resizing my image. If you're using a Canon printer, I recommend double and triple checking the final printed image is the right size!
I did all of my interlacing in Photoshop on an A4 canvas with an 8x10" rectangle to guide my alignment, since I am printing on A4 paper and my lens is 8x10".
!!MAKE SURE YOUR DPI IS SET TO 600 FOR A CANON PRINTER!!
I was unable to find my printer's exact dpi (canon pixma pro 100s), but a lot of forums said 600 is Canon's default, and it worked well for me. A lot of guides will suggest you use 720dpi, but this is for other printer manufacturers.
So if you're manually interlacing like I did, I created 2 patterns using my pitch test - one pattern for the white half of the pitch test, and one for the black. Since my dpi + pitch came out sort of weird, I had to create my pattern with transparency, which is why it's divided into black/white patterns.

I apply this pattern to both halves of my image with a mask and it worked!
Because I had to scale the DPI back from 720 to 600, the 'true' pitch for my printer ended up being 39.91lpi, but while I was scouring the internet for answers as to why my images wouldn't align, I found people who had a similar issue, and they said that if they tested on a lower quality 720dpi printer that the pitch printed on the label was accurate (however, I could only find people who had ordered through Microlens, but same results), so I'm fairly confident that the pitch on the label will be great for people who don't have evil printers :P
I tested a LOT of different print settings, but found the following to be what I needed (if this can help someone else)
A4 Borderless
Landscape
Scale 11.75%

Once I figured out what was messing with my alignment, the lens works amazingly, absolutely no complaints about the quality of the lens itself!
Will definitely continue to experiment with lenticular printing and will order again in the future :)
Highly Recommended
